EXISTING DRAWINGS
Following an initial consultation where we discuss your brief and conduct an existing site survey, we will embark on bringing your dream home into reality with a conceptual design.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Let us take the stress out of the planning process, by allowing us to submit your application for you! We will finalise your conceptual design, firming up all layours and external finished prior to submission.
Please Note: There is a fee payable to the local authority for planning permission. This is currently £206.
BUILDING REGULATIONS
We will produce a suite of elaborate drawings, showing detailed sections throughout your property. These will be submitted for Building Regulations approval prior to construction works commencing.
Please Note: There is a fee payable to the local authority for building control approval. This is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Amongst our qualified team we have an interior architecture and design specialist who can give your home an internal uplift. We will look over your home to ensure you are utilising your space in the best way possible.
BUILD COST ESTIMATIONS
We understand money doesn’t grow on trees and the majority of projects are set to a budget. Therefore, we will calculate costs throughout the design process to ensure we are not overstepping the mark and your proposal is affordable to you.
CONSTRUCTION
We will assist you in finding a competent contractor to carry out your building works that you can rely on. Alternatively we have the capability to carry out small works ourselves.
